A concept note will have the basic contact details of the lead person submitting the application, along with details of any implementing partners. It will usually contain the title of the project, a project description/summary, the duration, and geographical area, in the introduction section. It will require details of the lead applicant organisation and an explanation as to why you are qualified to deliver the set outcomes as well as any implementing partner. Some Concept Notes will ask which Global Goals the project addresses. The detailed project description will ask about the challenges identified in your proposed area and why these exist, it will want to understand the context of your work and how your project addresses such challenges. There will be a section on beneficiaries with the aim of understanding who project beneficiaries are broken down by age, gender, disability etc. There will be a section on sustainability and then an outline budget.
