I wish to find out if there is any grant for the empowerment of Minor and female inmates in Cameroon?

At this time (October 2020), there are no open grants available for empowering female inmates. However, many donor agencies consider it as a priority and do allocate funding for it every year. Agencies like the USAID, the EC and the UN have previously announced grants for addressing the problems of female inmates.
