Yes, recently Center for Disaster Philanthropy has announced grants totaling $2 million in support of COVID-19 recovery efforts in communities around the globe. In its latest round, CDP has awarded five grants totaling $900,000 to U.S. organizations and nine grants totaling $1.1 million to international organizations.

With this latest round of grants, the CDP COVID-19 Response Fund has awarded a total of $19.4 million to a hundred and thirty-three grantees. Recipients include the Adara Group, which was awarded $50,000 to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in central Uganda and reduce the potentially catastrophic impacts the virus could have on the delivery of essential health services; Direct Relief, which will receive $150,000 in support of its Covid-19.
