International funding for Somalia has been excluded for Peace building and reconciliation training, women empowerment, youth empowerment, Covid-19 emergency funds. All are not covering Somalia/Somaliland. Why?

This is not entirely true as many international donor agencies have been regularly announcing grants for Somalia. You can view them at https://www2.fundsforngos.org/tag/somalia/ .
