Hi, The proposals are due on 19-Jul-21.
The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) invites not profit-making organisations to submit grant proposals that focus on Building Back Better from COVID-19 in the Arab States by Applying the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction and Enabling a Prevention-Oriented and Risk-Informed Approach.
This project will seek to strengthen the resilience of the public health sector in three cities in Egypt; Ismailia, Alexandria and Sharm El-Sheikh cities. In Ismailia, the grantee will apply the Public Health Sector Resilience Scorecard Addendum and, based on the assessment’s findings, will revise the city resilient action plan in consultation with the local governments and stakeholders. In Alexandria and Sharm ElSheikh cities, the grantee will carry out a detailed resilience scorecard assessment based on the Ten Essentials of Making Cities Resilient, apply the Public Health Sector Resilience Scorecard Addendum and, based on the assessment’s findings, develop the local resilience action plans in the two cities.
