What is the ‘Teach for Romania’ program all about?

Teach for Romania is a program that contributes to the transformation of society by getting involved in education, starting with the transformation in the classroom, school, and community, who seek meaning in their work, have lived or seen inequity, and want to contribute to reducing or eliminating it, which I still think is possible, where many do not see a chance of success.

The continuous training and support of the participants during the 2 years aims to develop the necessary skills to be able to support learning in schools facing challenges and to become leaders capable of systemic changes in education.

The impact in the first year is in the classroom, in the 2nd year in school and in the community, and then systemically, through their contribution to the vision of the organization in the role of alumni.
